1. About Antidote
Antidote helps you capture personal notes and generate insights, such as themes and retrospective prompts, based on your own notes.
Antidote is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use Antidote. You can create an account directly in Antidote or sign in using Google.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You can delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that could harm Antidote or other users.
3. Your content and privacy
Your notes belong to you.
You give Antidote permission to store, process, and display your notes only as needed to provide the app, including note-taking, transcription, AI-generated insights, export, and deletion features.
You are responsible for the content you add to Antidote.
Your use of Antidote is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is stored, protected, processed, exported, and deleted.
4. AI-generated insights
Antidote uses AI to surface patterns, themes, summaries, and retrospective prompts from your notes.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not reflect your full context. Use insights as reflection prompts, not as facts, instructions, or professional advice.
Antidote is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency service.
5. Payments and beta access
During beta, Antidote may be offered through a one-time payment for one month of access.
Continuation after the beta depends on the results of the beta and may change. Any future pricing or access terms will be shared before they apply.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Antidote unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that could interfere with the app or harm others.
7. Availability and changes
Antidote is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohyon B.V. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
